This workflow describes how a user should troubleshoot Real Time, GPS, or Battery complications

Process
  1. Tap (bars) in the top left of the screen
  2. Select Diagnostics
  3. Depending on your need, select either the Real Time, GPS, or Battery tab
    • If you need to run diagnostics for Real Time or GPS, tap Run on the respective tab
Notes
  • When running Real Time or GPS tests, each test will have one of the following statuses:
    • Success
    • Error
    • Partial
    • Unknown / Untested
  • If a test finishes with an error, tapping on the test will expand the item and show a relevant message of what may need to be done to fix the issue
Android Only Features
  • Internet - Airplane Mode Disabled
  • Hardware - SIM Card
